Outside there is plenty of deck space. These can serve many purposes. There is a dining deck, a
lounging deck, a breakfast deck, and others to be decorated to the owners taste.
This particular parcel includes plenty of out buildings.
The largest being a 40” X 80” shop with a pit and two 14 ½’ (high) x 14” (wide) doors. Features
include a large steel and wood work bench, a driveway both front and back, plenty of lighting, and
lots of windows. We also had the cement poured and the walls framed (at the back) in such a way that
it would be easy to install two more fold up doors to make it a drive through shop. In floor heating
makes it very comfortable for winter work.
There is also small garage which houses the outdoor boiler and a year’s worth of fire wood. There
is also a second bay which will hold a vehicle or small tractor and has a built in work bench.
We also have second building near by this garage. It houses our hay, and has a small work bench in
it as well. It has doors at front and back.
The two chicken coops are over by the two stall (not insulated) barn. With a pit run driveway all
the way up to the buildings, for easy feed drop off. The one chicken coop has been insulated, for
keeping the birds in the winter. The front of it is used for feed and tack storage. The other coop
isn’t insulated. It is great for storing straw and bedding in the winter. Both coops have chain link
runs at the back of it with a small guillotine type door for the chickens, and a man door to get into
the run. The insulated coop also has a net on top of the outside run, to prevent “run aways” a well
as protect from predators.
The fence is all electric, with both cedar and T posts. There are three large poll type gates
going into the paddocks for tractors and\or ATVs, as well as two man gates. The back paddock is
accessed through spring type gates. Total of all three pastures is approximately two and
half acres.
Since all the fencing is electric, it is easily removable for those not interested in farming.
We have access to a beautiful little creek that runs right through the property. With the blanche
river also being accessible from this property. Across the creek there are large fields. With close
access to trails and waterways, boating, atv’ing, horse back riding snowmobiling, and hiking type
activities are easy to plan. There’s even a nice hill for winter toboggan parties.
